Cooking Class Special Payment

This form is provided to allow students to sign up for early-bird offers and submit payments for special class fees.  For questions regarding payments on this form, please contact us by email at email[at]patriciawells.com.

To enroll in a class, fill in the form below, selecting the class date you wish to enroll in and the number of students. Click 'add to shopping cart' to take you through to the payment page. Please note, a deposit is required to confirm your place in the class.

Once a form and payment has been received, you will receive email confirmation from one of the program coordinators.

Please note that payment will be made to Food Lovers + Co.

PRIVACY NOTICE: Food Lovers & Co. respects your privacy and protects it. We do not share your information with anyone, and we store it only for purposes of completing registration for classes and infrequent newsletters. When you pay for a class, we do not record your credit card information, nor do we have access to that information. Your name can be removed from our mailing list at any time – drop us an email (asst@patriciawells.com) or click on “unsubscribe” on the email you receive.
